Photography has been an art of observing and recording of time, space and happenings. The photographer relies upon their personal experiences to interpret what is to be viewed. The ongoing moment speaks about how subject matter throughout time for all the arts has not changed but the interpretation is always different. The teaching of photography relies not only upon the elements of Art and Design but in teaching the student to interpret what they see in a relevant way.
