LOCATION: All classes are held at Watchung Hills Regional High School except as otherwise noted. See the WHRHS Directions Webpage for driving directions (to return to this webpage, click the Back button on your browser toolbar as many times as necessary to retrace your path).
SENIOR CITIZENS (62+ years): Course fees are designated in the brochure.
CANCELLATION: The Adult School reserves the right to cancel any course with low enrollment, or to make changes in courses, instructors, or scheduling.
REGISTRATION FEE: There is a $3 per person per semester non-refundable registration fee. Registrations are not confirmed. Report to class(es) of choice unless notified to the contrary.
REFUND POLICY: No refunds issued after first class. Fees are refunded in full only if the adult school cancels a class due to low enrollment. A $10 processing fee per student/per course is deducted from refunds if a student drops a course before classes begin. Adult School must receive requests for refunds in writing at least 5 business days before class begins. The $3 registration fee is non-refundable. Allow 4-5 weeks for refunds to be processed.
TRIPS: Fees for trips are not refundable, but are transferable by registrants to others.
NO SMOKING permitted in any school building or facility.
DO NOT PARK IN FIRE ZONES.
THE ADULT SCHOOL DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY for any injuries sustained in any of its programs.
OFFICE HOURS: Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 3:00PM in room 19 (South Building). Inquire about program information by calling (908) 647-4800, x 4820.
SCHOOL CLOSING: If the schools in the Watchung Hills area are closed for inclement weather, the adult school will also be closed. Announcements will be made over WOR(710AM), WCTC(1450AM), and WMGQ(98.3FM).
